Eligibility: The National Funding, Inc. (“National Funding”) Customer Survey Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and have reached the age of majority or older in their legal residence at time of entry. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees and representatives of National Funding and any of its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (herein, defined as spouses, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of National Funding, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and shall not be subject to appeal.
How to Enter: To enter complete the Customer Survey between 03/25/25, at 12:00 am PT and and 04/01/2025 at 11:59 pm PT ("Entry Period") and provide your email address. Limited to one entry per person. National Funding will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. See below section titled "General" for additional rules regarding entry.
Prize; Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"); and Odds: The prize consists of one $250 prepaid card issued by Visa, which is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted by an entrant. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Terms and conditions of the prepaid card issuer apply. Any applicable taxes and all other costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. National Funding reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute an alternative prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater value, if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.
Random Drawing and Notification: A single winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 5 business days of the Sweepstakes closing date. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days and must respond within 30 days to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility at National Funding’s discretion. In the event the winner chooses not to accept the prize, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, is unable to be notified, cannot/does not respond by the deadline set by National Funding (in these Official Rules or in the winner notification), the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries.
General: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of National Funding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Entrants are solely responsible for Internet connectivity, software and/or hardware and data charges that may be required to submit an entry. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to National Funding’s and its affiliates use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, and likeness (including photos and/or videos) for advertising and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. Winners are solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes on the prizes, including sales or use taxes, as well as any expenses related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a prize. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless National Funding and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, personal injury, or loss or damage to property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes.
In the event National Funding is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment/internet/connectivity failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), National Funding shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prize from among all eligible entries received up to that date.
National Funding is not responsible for and may disqualify entries that are misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, stolen, late or lost; or for interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties. No automatic, robotic, mechanical entries or reproductions accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. National Funding reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry-duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such an entry method. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or a dispute, or potential dispute, regarding the entry or any third-party rights, or if National Funding has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible in National Funding’s sole discretion.
Privacy Policy/Data Collection: Entrant information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and, if the entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications, for future marketing communications. Personal information will be subject to National Funding’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.nationalfunding.com/privacy-policy/. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to administer the sweepstakes.
Governing Law: All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or National Funding in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California, in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.
